Reservations Policy

• Room Rates

  The standard rate of apartments involves the accommodation of 2 persons. Extra persons can be added, in apartments, with a surcharge of 10% for adults, and 5% for children under 12 years old.

• Reservation Guarantee

  Reservations are guaranteed through a down payment, of up to 25% of the total value of your stay, which cannot be lower than one day’s rent. If the agreed time interval for the deposit of the down payment passes, then the reservation is no longer valid and the rooms in question are treated as available. In case you don’t wish to make an online reservation, you may contact us by phone and secure your reservation through the deposit of a down payment to the company’s bank account.

• Cancellations

  There is no charge for any change or cancellation happening at least   3 months    before the arrival day. Any deposits will be refunded. If cancellation takes place in period  Μαy to September there is no refund.

• Arrival / Departure

  Arrival Time: 14:00  / Departure Time: 12:00
  If you arrive earlier and the room is ready, you can check in immediately. The arrival day is considered complete regardless of the arrival time. If any stay is extended after 12:00 until 18:00, you will be charged a 50% of the day price while the whole day price will be paid if the stay is prolonged after 18:00.
